Trick or Canned-Goods!


Well tonight was our annual halloween food drive. We had a lot of help and got a lot of area covered in hardly any time, which is great. It's amazing how willing some of the people are, with bags ready at the door, and if you're extra sweet, candy too. It was great, I went as "Funshine Bear", but I think a lot of people thought I didn't have a costume on. .no fair.

Cold, wet, and rainy

So Saturday afternoon we delivered flyers for the halloween food drive coming up. It was really cold and rainy, and I ended up with numb hands and wet feet. BUT I still managed to get some delivered. Then on Sunday we had to deliver the rest of the flyers, however this time I was a stupid-head and decided to wear my clicky shoes that day. So my feet ended up hurting but we still got the rest of the flyers delivered. whoop. I really haven't been doing much lately, just a lot of homework, and today I worked for the first time in a couple of weeks. So I am now a workaholic. .pretty much. That's all

Sha la la

Well it's time for a good ol' update. Last tuesday I flew home from PEI which was pretty darn sad. I spent most of wednesday wishing I was back in PEI goofing off or losing badly at foozeball. .. sigh. I had such a great time and was hardly ever alone, whereas here I spend a lot of time alone. not fun. Then this morning Laura and I had a meeting with someone who needed a logo design for his candy company, but he turned out to be a big jerk-wad who would pretty much use me as his logo slave (no lump sum or royalties). He was ok, but I or Laura couldn't commit to the time he needed. Now I have a ton of homework to catch up on if I ever want to see MCC this fall. Yes that's right, I've pretty much decided that I'm going there next fall and would like to do so in Janurary but really can't. I need to be there, and I really want to learn more about the bible. Can't wait.

red dirt

SO as many of you already know, I'm in P.E.I visiting dearest Sam. It's a hoot! Today my foot even started to bleed after having so much fun (we walked to some stores). Exalt will start soon and that will be even hooti-er. . or something. Well I'm off to bug John M.. . muhaha
